Bouchon Restaurant

Working with Thomas Keller of the famed French Laundry of Napa Valley, Houston/Tyner was responsible for the design and master plan of the new restaurant, specialty kitchens, wine bar, and bakery, comprising of a total of 12,000 square feet. This project was Beverly Hills first LEED certified restaurant.
