Originally constructed in the late 80’s, the Venice Family Clinic Rose has been at the center of the community’s care for over 50 years. HOUSTON / TYNER was asked to design a complete interior and exterior renovation to update their flagship location. Keeping within the existing structural framework, HOUSTON / TYNER drew from the unique character of Venice to re-envision the way the building relates to the community it serves. In response to the generous facade glazing, the interior spaces were designed with large open ceilings in the lobby opening to the street level providing greater connection to the street. The design utilizes the latest concepts in the holistic approach to health care delivery.
